Terms of Service
A practical outline of the responsibilities that help keep CareHomeSimple useful, respectful, and dependable.
Demonstration document. These sections represent planned topics only. They are not a contract and will be replaced with reviewed legal terms before launch.
Acceptance of Terms
Use of a future production service would require agreement to the final Terms of Service and referenced policies. Organizations should ensure that people using an account are authorized to act on their behalf.
User Accounts
Users would be responsible for accurate registration details, appropriate access permissions, and protecting account credentials. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
Operator Responsibilities
Care-home operators are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of information they enter or publish. The service does not replace professional judgment, licensing obligations, or required care records.
Acceptable Use
Accounts may not be used to mislead families, violate privacy, interfere with the service, distribute harmful material, impersonate others, or engage in unlawful activity.
Public Care Home Pages
Operators control approved public-page content and should review it regularly. Public pages must follow CareHomeSimple standards and must never expose resident records, protected health information, or private staff information.
Availability Information
Room availability is time-sensitive and may change without notice. Operators should use careful, current wording, and families should confirm availability directly with the care home before making decisions.
Intellectual Property
CareHomeSimple would retain rights in its product, brand, and original materials. Operators would retain appropriate rights in content they submit while granting the permissions necessary to display and process that content.
Service Availability
The service may occasionally be changed, maintained, or interrupted. CareHomeSimple intends to communicate material disruptions and design the product so essential care work does not depend on unnecessary complexity.
Limitation of Liability
Final terms will describe appropriate limitations and remedies as permitted by law. CareHomeSimple is an organizational tool and is not a substitute for medical, legal, licensing, or emergency advice.
Contact
Questions about these demonstration terms may be sent through the Contact page. Formal notices and governing terms will be specified in the final reviewed document.
